A peek behind the curtains

Our team is formed from lots of different backgrounds. Our employees are varied, several young but with long work experience but also some just starting out and also some with decades experience can be found in our team and this makes a potent mix. The team from Project: Gateway VR Studios use their enthusiasm but also patience, planning and structure to establish innovative concepts like vreo in the rapid developing high tech market.

ANDREAS SCHEMM

Co-Founder, CEO

Helped tech start-ups grow since 2004, taking over leading roles in PR, marketing and community building. Established LaserTag in the German market with up to 14 subsidaries.

Thanks to his many years of working in executive positions in a few companies placed in the high-tech and entertainment scene, Andreas has gathered a substantial amount of experience founding and establishing startups as well as running multiple subsidiaries and overseeing a franchising chain.

ALFRED STEIOF

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Seasoned entrepreneur with strong focus on sales&acquisition; and finance. Founded, managed and exited Ensys AG, a 500million+ revenue business in the energy sector.

After finishing his diploma in business administration, businessman Alfred Steiof worked in a leading industrial corporation, where he went through various positions as a project manager in and out of Europe as well as becoming the CEO’s assistant.

EGOR MALYCHEV

Head of Partnerships

Strong skills in sales, key accounting and project management, worked for one of the world leading IT distributor – a true all-rounder with strong connections into EE.

Due to pertinent experience in the sectors Sales, Consulting and Project Management Egor is a true all-rounder. He worked as an IT Manager for a worldwide operating high-tech distribution company and gathered vast experience in managing and delegating IT projects and teams.

KAI NITSCHE

Head of Design

Experienced designer with big experience, also good specialist in social media marketing, having worked for both start-ups and well-known companies like C&A; and Frosch.

Kai has been working for start-ups and midsized companies in both the gaming and marketing sector for over a decade as a trained media designer.

TINO KÜGLER

Analysis and Algorithms

Tino is our key member for market analysis and accounting.
